On receipt of your order, we will determine the specific requirements of packaging and the information needed for your order to be shipped. Once packaging is complete and your order is ready for despatch we will contact you to organise a freight company. We will work with your fright company of choice to collect the product/s for collection / shipping. 

We recommend all customers use insurance with the freight company, for the safety of goods. Any damage caused during freighting will not be covered by Stained Glass Connection. Once the products leave our site, we are not liable.

Any goods marked as “Hazardous” may only be shipped by carriers which are accredited hazardous goods carriers.
