Refunds and Exchanges
Please note - Stained Glass Connection will only accept returns or exchanges, if the product is defective or the incorrect product was sent in error. We do not accept returns due to change of mind. To be eligible for the return, the items must be unused, packaging in good condition and in the same condition that you received it in. Please notify us within 2 days of receiving the goods, with photos and a brief expiation to stainedglassconnection@outlook.com

The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.
Wholesale returns
As it stands, we do not currently accept returns aside from extenuating circumstances due to the wholesale nature of our business. Please reach out to us if you have any issue with your order whatsoever.
